We use your data to run features, secure your account, and improve your experience. AI features process your content only to deliver the results you request.
03Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time from account settings or by contacting us. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
04Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We enforce strict access controls and regular security reviews, with data-residency options in Egypt and the EU.
05Data retention
We keep workspace data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a workspace, its data is removed from production systems within 30 days and from backups on their normal rotation.
06Sub-processors
We rely on trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, email delivery, payments and AI processing. Each is bound by data-protection terms and only receives the data needed to provide its service.
07Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language and theme. We do not use advertising cookies on the product.
08Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify workspace owners in the app.
